Kayden is an ice cream popsicle fanatic and they aren’t always the healthiest things to eat. We recently bought the Popsicle molds at the store and last week I decided to give them a try with our favorite recipe & share with you.
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1-cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar {I’m thinking of using applesauce next time}
Directions: I pureed all of the ingredients in our nutri bullet blender then poured them into the molds, after freezing for 8 hours they were ready to enjoy!
